Abstract The chemical composition of goat milk, especially fatty acid profile is recently renewed due to the role monosaturated and polyunsaturated acids in human nutrition. These nutrients are important analysed connection with different breeds receiving same breeding feed. aim this study was analyse milk relation breeds. Specimens for analyses were collected from individual animals like Latvian Native (n=5), Saanen crossbreeds (n=5). Bulk samples (n=5) also taken quality testing range determination.
